Wuhan Shenjun Special Automobile Manufacturing Co.Ltd ,the former Shenjun Trailer Factory of Wuhan Jiang’an Rolling Stock Works, Ministry of Railways, has become to be a modern-system-operated limited enterprise after the reformation. Shenjun Brand semi-trailer has almost 20 years of manufacturing history. We imported the first sample trailer of STRIKE company of U.S.A and produced the first Chaoli Brand JG3040 container semi-trailer in the year of 1982, gained the Approval Certificate issued by the inspection authority of UK as well, and began to export our products to Hongkong and the surrounding market.

Our company is the secondary International Standard Container Semi-trailer Manufacturer in domestic of China, we began to occupy the domestic semi-trailer market after we won the bidder in the international tendering for container semi-trailer in Beilun Port Ningbo in 1989.

And we are the first enterprise to export the semi-trailer to fill in the blank for the import of the domestic semi-trailer, with the products extending over Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Chengdu, Mianyang, Xinjiang, Changsha, Nanjing, Hefei, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Fuzhou, Xiamen and Kunming etc., among them, most of the products were sold to Tianjin, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Ningbo Port, Xiamen Port and Qingdao Port; our products were exported to the countries of America, Poland, Korea, Singapore, Philippine, Congo, Angola, Egypt, Pakistan and Sudan etc. and we are keeping a long term cooperation with some of the foreign customers. The series of our products have received the comments from the domestic and international customers.

Shenjun semi-trailer series products gained the Third Award of Science and Technology Advance honored by Ministry of Railways and the Silver Award of Quality honored by Consumer Association of China, and was granted the titles of “ One of the Ten Strong Enterprises”, “Hi and New –Tech Enterprise” by the municipal and provincial government for many times, and passed ISO9001：2000 quality management assurance in 2002, passed the Automobile Product Compulsory Certification of CQC in 2003, passed CE assurance in 2006.

The Company not only possesses the technology of producing transportation trucks for container, cars, and bulk powder, van-type vehicle, board-type semi-trailer and truck specialized for port, super-length, super-width, super-weight and hydraulic big tonnage combined multifunction transportation truck, but also the most advanced loading technology of bridge load, refrigerating technology, bulk goods fluidization technology, thermal foaming technology, and special automobile technology in domestic. Both the hydraulic big tonnage combined multifunction transportation truck and combined multifunction railway bridge test bed being produced have received the comments from the customers.

The advanced design:
The computer finite element analysis technology used at all time by the Company optimizes the product structure; The Company uses CAD design, has established the product data base and shorten the development period for new product; the 3D solid model technology being used reduces the error occurred in the new product development.
