The former name of our company is Shenjun Trailer of Wuhan Jiang’an Rolling Stock Works of the Ministry of Railways, it has become a stock company operating in the modern enterprise system after reorganization, Jiang’an Rolling Stock Works is an old state-owned enterprise with a hundred history, the administrative officers and the backbone staffs of the company are all the experienced workers of the factory, at the end of the last Century, the factory has implemented many reformations after the changing process from the Planned Economy to Market Economy so as to adapt to the new economic environment, many previous old problems and shortages are discarded, the production cost control is one of the reformations which firstly aims at the management of “run, emission, drop, leak”.
