11^th September, Mao Hanying, the researcher of  Institute of Geographic Science and Natural Resource , CAS, and the 9月11日，the leader of the team of  “the General Planning of Wuhan City Circle” said in the Forum of Rising of the Central Region and City Cluster Development , a high speed City  Circle Outer-Ring will be constructed according to the planning of  Wuhan City Circle Construction.
　　Mao Hanying introduced, in the respect of the integration of the infrastructure construction, a road framework net is composed of  looped City Circle freeway and 13 radiation high speed and celerity road terminated at Wuhan city, at the same time, the inter city train from wuhan to Ezhou, Huangshi and Xiantao will be put into operation, and Wuhan Light Rail extension to Xiaogan will form a sub-high speed outer-ring of Wuhan City Circle string Dawu, Hong’an, Macheng, Xishui, Dye, Xianing ,Chibi, Xiantao, Tianmen, Yingcheng  and An’lu etc. the “ same net, same area code and same rate “will be executed in the communication field as well.
